Aubrey Ankrum
Aubrey Ankrum (born 1969, USA) is a contemporary Symbolist artist based in New Orleans. He is best known for his animation career, where he created popular animated shows, like the “The God & Devil Show” and “Happy Tree Friends.” After a twenty year career in animation, Aubrey returned to his first love- painting. His otherworldly paintings explore the psychological, mythological, and emotional spectrum of human experience, in an attempt to reveal the deeper truths that unite us all.
Aubrey Ankrum’s work is held in private collections in the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Canada, Australia, Denmark, and other countries.
